Whitening is very effective. In dentistry, we have 16 different shades of white, that range from the lightest to darkest. 

At Ashgrove Dental, we get great results. Our patients that have whitening done improve their shade from 5-8 shades whiter.

To get the best results, we recommend having your teeth cleaned and polished before a whitening treatment. This removes any buildup and plaque, so the whitening gel can be most effective. We also suggest avoiding staining foods such as red wine, coffee, tea, turmeric, curry powders, beetroot, etc. during your treatment and 2 weeks following your whitening.
